This page is designed to help you get oriented and comfortable with MyTASystem. Nothing you do here is live or visible to students unless you choose to publish it.
Many new users start by exploring with practice data and asking a few questions along the way. That’s completely normal.

These steps help you understand how MyTASystem works — without committing to anything.

Create a practice class (safe and not public)
A practice class is simply a regular class you create for learning purposes. It won’t be visible to students unless you publish it.
This is the best way to see how scheduling, registration, and payments work.
To create a practice class:
- Go to Courses → Class Scheduler
- Click New Class
- Use sample details (you can change or delete this later)
You can’t break anything, and nothing goes live automatically.

- Automated campaigns can send emails before or after a class, such as certification reminders or renewal notices.
- Message Log keeps a record of all emails sent through the system, so you can review, track, or resend messages as needed.

Products & storefront
Offer additional items alongside your classes, all in one place.
- Sell products like student manuals, certification cards, or course materials.
- Offer products during class registration as optional add-ons.
- Organize items into catalogs (for example, “CPR Materials” or “Instructor Supplies”) to keep your storefront clean and easy to navigate.
This makes it easy for students to get everything they need while registering.
Site customization & advanced tools
Tailor MyTASystem to fit how your organization works and how your customers experience registration.
- Branding & checkout settings allow you to adjust logos, colors, and checkout behavior.
- File Manager stores images, documents, and forms that can be linked to classes, products, or emails.
- Embed scripts let you display live class listings on your own website, filtered by course type or location.
- Custom forms let you collect additional information during registration or checkout.
- White-label options allow you to replace MyTASystem branding with your own for a seamless experience.
